Noise Noise in the hotel..you can hear loud speech from next room, restaurant, lobby, all around 360 degree. Management Pls Take Sound expert advice. 4 stars for big rooms. 1 star for noise. 24/7 heater for hot water is not available. However provided a bucket of hot water on request.

This hotel is located centrally. Close to railway station. Private tour operators bus service starts next to the hotel . Lot of tour operators office are in the same complex. Rooms are big and comfortable. It serves Vegetarian food only. Breakfast is complementary. Food is good.

They confirm that rooms are booked. When you arrive,they inform hotel is full. Will not recommend any one to stay. Very bad. Not worth staying. Bad behavior also. They are behaving as if we have no option.

This was a business visit and I was looking for a hotel just to relax in the morning as I had reached Bhilwara from Gurgaon very early in the morning at around 4 am. The Hotel staff was friendly and I was expecting that I had to go through a lot of pain to check in specially in the morning since Bhilwara is a small town and I expected that the hotel staff would be sleeping . But my check in was smooth. The rooms are neat and clean . The only put off was that the washroom somehow could have been cleaner and tidier. Overall a decent stay.

A third class hotel. Pathetic buffet spread. Ordered in room dining which was inedible. Or asking for cancellation I was denied the same and four staff members including the restaurant manager and the chef entered my room without my permission and demanded to know what was wrong with the food. The chef went far enough to actually eat a bite out of the dish(using his bare hands) and exclaim that it tasted fine to him. Finally they said it would not get cancelled and I had to pay for pizza with carrot and beans topping and burnt fries. It is highly unsafe for girls and as a single girl staying and travelling for work, there is no automatic locking system and manual keys are used to lock the room. Being unaware of how the hotel lacks basic safety and courtesy norms, on the first day my room was unlocked. The waiters twice walked into the room without knocking. Also the management is extremely rude and have probably never come across the term customer service. On complaining to the higher management over e-mail, I did not get any response in return. Please steer clear of this hotel. I assure you you will have a pathetic experience!
